A crowning feature of Baker’s Bay is its spectacular oceanfront golf course designed by Tom Fazio, the most celebrated course designer of modern times. The course provides a pristine golf experience without intrusion by residential property, and plays along both the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic Ocean shorelines in dramatic style.

The front nine begins on the Atlantic Ocean where the easterly breezes challenge the best of players. After a turn inland, the front nine concludes with two stunning holes on the Sea of Abaco. The 8th plays as a 397 yd.-Par 4 that sits on the waters edge and will no doubt provide some of the best sunsets Baker’s Bay has to offer. The 9th hole is a stunning par 3 of 215 yards that requires a challenging carry over the Sea of Abaco.

After a brief turn inward to begin the back nine, the Baker’s Bay golf course bares its teeth beginning on the dramatic Par 4 13th. Sitting nearly 60 feet above sea level, the 360 degree views from 13 are as spectacular as anywhere in the world. The final 5 holes at Baker’s Bay are no less dramatic culminating with a “Pebble Beach” like finishing 18th hole. The Par 3 17th plays directly to the Atlantic Ocean at 225 yards while the entire length of the 563 yard Par 5 18th plays along arguably the most stunning stretch of beach in all of the Bahamas.

The Marina
The Baker’s Bay Marina is open and enjoying an exciting cruising & sport-fishing season! The Conch Shack
The most popular spot in the Baker’s Bay Marina is The Conch Shack, an outdoor raw bar. It has become a “must” for anyone visiting the Bahamas and continues to draw guests from neighboring islands to sample the delicious local specialties including the famous conch n’ black bean chili. Sit back and relax with a Kalik beer or Shandy Gaff and catch up with friends in the perfect spot to watch all the spectacular yachts visiting BBC’s popular Marina.

The Market
Serving as a grocery store to provision residences and visiting yachts, a deli-café, and a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner – the Market in the state-of-the art Marina at Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club is modeled after a classic Bahamian straw market and offers fresh fish, local fruits and vegetables and other favorite treats. Café tables and umbrellas line the big deck overlooking the Marina offering a perfect view, and inside, banquettes and tables are spaced on the hardwood floor under industrial- chic open ductwork and a high, pounded-tin ceiling.
